License Duration

Licenses are valid for 45 days from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required in order to get updates and support for purchased extensions and themes. After 45 days, license keys may be renewed at a 10% discount from the purchase price of a new license.

Updates are included for free for 45 days.  Updates will be delivered to the e-mail address you have provided during purchase.

Support Services

Support for purchased plugins is given up to 45 days after the purchase date. There is a 72 working hours guaranteed maximum reply time.

Refunds

Refunds are provided only if the listed feature doesn’t work on your site & our support was not able to resolve the issue.

Once refunded, your license is revoked and you lose any rights to use the product.
